CALL RESPONSE INFORMATION

In October 2022 Williamson County Emergency Communications ("WCEC") released a report on calls missed by fire departments in the county. This was the first time in several years such data had been produced and distributed by WCEC and this report was  not accurate.
 

In common with other fire departments in the county, the ESD #10 has been working with WCEC to improve the method for tracking call response information and producing call response reports, to ensure such reports are more accurate in future. Of the 45 calls listed as “missed” in the Williamson County report, only 2 were genuinely missed calls. This analysis details all 45 [download pdf].
